This Refund Policy applies to services sold by TopNam Academy LLC, including QA AutoTest Hub and the AI AutoTest Live Workshop.
1. QA AutoTest Hub Refunds
- You must request the refund within 5 days of purchase.
- You must have used fewer than 80 AI credits at the time of the request.
2. AI AutoTest Live Workshop Refunds
Workshop refund requests are considered only after you attend the first live session and before the second session starts.
- If you do not attend the first live session, you are not eligible for a workshop refund.
- We may verify workshop attendance, purchase records, and enrollment details before approving a refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds are not available for QA AutoTest Hub purchases made more than 5 days earlier.
- Refunds are not available for QA AutoTest Hub accounts that have used 80 or more AI credits.
- Workshop refunds are not available before the attendee has attended the first live session or after the second session starts.
- Refunds may be denied if you violated our Terms of Service, shared access, redistributed materials, or engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@qamiai.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your full name, purchase email, purchase date, and a short explanation.
- We review refund requests within 5 business days and send a written approval or denial.
- Approved refunds may take an additional 10 to 14 business days to appear on your payment method.
